Print and textile design:

Selection of textile and print design works, 2016-2021. All designed while working @ DUFA CO, the artworks below were selected by high-end and high-street fashion brands to use across their collections. The prints I create will become an essential part of the entire collections' esthetics. They are repetitively used, on different garments, from exclusive catwalk pieces to widely distributed items, from swimwear to knitwear.

Art direction, concept, costume, set design:

Dear Sweetheart, 2019 / 12 min 26 / UK, is an experimental video combining multiple art practices. Fashion and textiles interact with storytelling, sound and image. The final piece was made with painter and videographer Wilm Danby. Characters are drawn from archetypal representations of men and women in popular music. The narrative is led by the soundtrack, composed in collaboration with music producer Josh Grey-Jung, prior to the storyboard and in the role of a script. The project is an exploration into the world of southern ballads, village waltzes, love letter writing and town drunks.
The film was premiered @ Le Post, Paris + @ The Rio Cinema, London in October 2019. It was shown @ That One Film Festival, Muncie (USA) in September 2020.

Interactive web art [concept, design, coding]:

(a) Strange Encounters in the Cultural Sector, online game and event for Mayday 2020 by Designers + Cultural Workers of United Voices of the World. A hyperlink narrative takes visitors through the reality of being a cultural worker during the pandemic. Different routes led to collective activities, a live Wikipedia page Edit-a-thon, a resource sharing chat. (still live here)
(b) Dear Sweetheart, project webpage. Visitors are invited to navigate through the digitally recreated set to explore different moments of the project.
